I originally started with Brian to work on golf-specific conditioning to improve my game. That was a big help to my golf game. However, I suffered an injury, participating in another sport, that required surgery. Brian guided me through the rehab phase. More importantly Brian has developed a personal training regimen that has helped keep me injury-free since then. This personalized program involves exercises very specific to my individual needs and also incorporates Pilates core strengthening.
